    1) There are characters from Salem in LW. One of them is a fellow named Derek Greene. Should he be related to anyone named Agatha or anyone named D’Ascalle–do you like homages of this nature or not?

    2) What do you want to do with your characters in House of Ill Faith when I start filing? It’s coming.

      1) *chuckle!* I don’t read LW, as you know, but I suspect Aunt Aggie would probably fit in there, being a Scary Force of Nature and all. There’s no reason Derek can’t have a Cousin Agatha or some-such. :)

      2) Why, I believe I would like to continue writing them.

There are children next door. Living in the tiny apartment zoned for an occupancy of one.

These are the same people who made the turkey & gravy soda, right? The mind fairly (an also unfairly) boggles.

(glances over at his Jones Soda Holiday Collection, which has the above-mentioned turkey and gravy soda, along with buttered Brussells sprouts, cranberry sauce, and pumpkin pie sodas)

          Yes. Yes they do.

My dad got the same collection, but he cracked his open. We passed the Brussells sprouts around. It tasted like… Brussells sprout soda. It’s as disturbing as you think it is.

A variation on the binomial heap data structure which sacrifices the ability to merge two existing heaps but gains (hopefully) implicit parent-child relationships just from the indexing of the nodes and efficient performance in heapsort (particularly in cases where the input is already more sorted than not, which are the cases where traditional heapsort wastes the most work.)
