I am about as normal as a mid-forties gay Deadhead MSTie Atheist techie/writer/musician can be! I know, I know, normal is relative, but I have no normal relatives.
On the rare occasions that I update, be not surprised to see any or all of the following discussed:

  • Liberalism (favorably) and (Neo)Conservatism (unfavorably) — I welcome honest and respectful debate, but I will unhesitatingly ban people who just want to call names and yell.
  • Music of many styles and eras
  • Knitting
  • Cooking
  • Movies, TV, books
  • Golf. No, really, I did say golf
  • o/` And I should be allowed to blurt the merest idea
If by random whim, one occurs to me…
    o/`

Strap in. It’s going to be a bumpy ride.

    Hi!

I found your ‘blog via the link at radioarchive.cc and I’m very pleased to make your virtual acquaintance. I’m a 68 year old widower, former RC (8 yrs of “Sisters of Mercy” (not!), 2yrs Christian Bros.(a.k.a closet gay sadists), 4 years Jesuits , convert to Judaism – atheist; Filipino American, life long Democrat Liberal (but I voted for John Anderson when he ran as an Independent). I took an undergraduate degree in Italian and an MA in general Linguistics and speak Italian, Tagalog, Spanish, middling French and Yiddish. I also like to cook various cultural cuisines including Jewish, Filipino, Italian, Chinese. It’s fun to read your thoughts and I do congratulate you on your venture into authorship and publishing. I look forward to reading more of your ‘blog entries and comments at RA.cc.

    Ciao for now,

    Gordon a.k.a gordonio
